WHAT YOU NEED
- Water 200 – 250 ml
- Ghee 2 table spoon
HOW TO PREPARE
- Take a pan and add water, ghee and premix.
- Stir continuously to prevent lumps from forming as the mixture warms up.
- Cook this mixture for 8 to 9 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
- Add sugar if needed, according to taste.
