WHAT YOU NEED
- Vegetables of your choice (Peas, Carrot, Tomato)
- 400 ml of water or 1 Cup Premix = 2 1/2 Cup Water
HOW TO PREPARE
- INSTANT PREPARATION
- In a pan, take 400 ml of water and add vegetables of your choice.
- In a bowl, take Rava Upma mix and add 400 ml of boiling water.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Stir it, cover, and let it rest for 8-10 minutes.
- Once the water starts boiling, add Rava Upma mix to it and stir.
- Garnish with coriander leaves or serve. Serve hot.
- Cover the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat,
- Season with salt and lemon juice according to taste.
- allowing the upma to absorb the water and cook through.
