WHAT YOU NEED
- Grated Vegetables 150 gms (Cabbage, Carrot, Capisum,
- Tomato)
- 150 ml water or 1 Cup Premix = 3/4 Cup Water
HOW TO PREPARE
- Take a pan and add the entire Oats Besan Cheela Mix.
- Add 150 ml water to make a batter
- Heat a dosa tava or griddle.
- Spread the Oats Besan Cheela mix on the hot tava.
- Add grated vegetables of your choice on top of it
- Cook both sides with oil or ghee
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
