WHAT YOU NEED
- Take 1 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Water (add more if required)
- Add Fruitsalt / cooking soda
- Add vegetables of your choice like Peas ,carrot, beans.
HOW TO PREPARE
- In a bowl add curd idli premix, vegetables, and water.
- Mix well until the consistency is thick, similar to normal idli batter.
- Rest it for 30 minutes
- Just before steaming, add a pinch of cooking soda to the batter and mix gently.
- Grease the idli plates or molds.
- Steam the idlis for 10 to 12 minutes or until they are cooked through.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.

Remove oxygen absorber/silica gel sachet before use.
