WHAT YOU NEED
- 300 ml Buttermilk Or 1 Cup Premix = 1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- Oil 1 table spoon
HOW TO PREPARE
- INSTANT PREPARATION
- In a bowl, take 300 ml of buttermilk and add dhokla mix with 1 tsp of oil.
- Take sour buttermilk and add dholak mix. Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Let the batter rest for 6 to 7 hours.
- After resting, add food salt to the batter.
- If batter is thick add water for a flowing consistency.
- Prepare a steamer.
- Add 2 grams of baking soda to the batter and mix well.
- Once the water in the steamer is hot, add the dhokla mix to the steaming tray.
- Prepare a steamer.
- Steam the dhoklas for 10 to 12 minutes or until they are cooked through.
- Once the water in the steamer is hot, add the dhokla mix into the tray.
- Serve hot dhoklas with ghee or coconut chutney.

- Season with salt and green chili according to taste.
