WHAT YOU NEED
- Grated Vegatebles (Carrot,Cucumber,Bottle gourd, Cabbage, Methi)
- Water as required (approx 50-60 ml)
HOW TO PREPARE
- Take Thalipeeth Mix and add grated vegetables, knead into a soft dough.
- Make small balls of dough and flatten them on a wet handkerchief to the desired size and thickness.
- Heat a dosa tawa or griddle. Add 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee.
- Carefully transfer the flattened Thalipeeth onto the hot pan.
- Cook it on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with homemade white butter and curd.
- Season with salt and green chili according to taste.
