WHAT YOU NEED
- Boiled peas 200 gms
- Paneer 125 gms
- Water 100 ml, Oil 2 table spoon
HOW TO PREPARE
- Mix the entire Matar Paneer Mix with 50 ml of water to make a paste.
- Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan.
- Add the Matar Paneer Mix paste and saut? for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 50 ml of water, boiled peas, and paneer (Indian cottage cheese).
- Cook until the gravy thickens to your liking.
- Season with salt and sugar according to taste.
