WHAT YOU NEED
- Boiled Potatoes 150 gms
- Boiled Peas 100 gms
- Boiled Cauliflower 100 gms
- Capisicum 150 gms
HOW TO PREPARE
- Heat oil in a pan and saut? garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add finely chopped onion, capsicum and pav bhaji mix.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add all the boiled vegetables and 50 ml of water, then mix well.
- Cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Garnish with butter, coriander, and onions.
- Serve with pav or bread.
- Add salt and chilli power to taste.
