WHAT YOU NEED
- Boiled Beans 50 gms
- Boiled Banana 100 gms
- Boiled Carrot 50 gms
- Boiled Peas 50 gms
- Boiled Cauliflower 50 gms
- Capisicum 50 gms
- Paneer 50 gms
- Water 150 ml
- Oil 2 table spoon
HOW TO PREPARE
- Mix Veg Kolhapuri Mix with 50 ml of water.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- Add the gravy mix to the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add all boiled vegetables, panner and 100 ml of water to the pan.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until the gravy thickens.
- Season with salt and chili powder according to taste.
- Serve with roti.
