WHAT YOU NEED
- Boiled rajma 500 gms
- Water 100 ml
HOW TO PREPARE
- Boil rajma for 15-20 min
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add rajma masala spice mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add boiled rajma (kidney beans) and water to the pan.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until everything is heated through and flavors combine.
- Garnish with fresh cream.
- Serve hot with white rice.
- Add salt and chilli to taste.
