WHAT YOU NEED
- Rajma 250 gms (soak for 7-8 hrs)
- Water 100 ml
HOW TO PREPARE
- Boil rajma for 15-20 min
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion, and cook for 2 minutes until they are soft and golden.
- Stir in rajma masala spice mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add boiled rajma (kidney beans) and water to the pan.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until everything is heated through and flavors combine.
- Garnish with fresh cream. Serve hot with white rice.
- Add salt and chilli to taste.
