WHAT YOU NEED
- Vegetables of your choice
- Water 1 Cup Premix = 3 1/2 Cup Water
- Ghee 2 table spoon
HOW TO PREPARE
- Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pressure cooker.
- Add water and vegetables of your choice.
- Add the premix and cook for 15 minutes or until you hear 3-4 whistles from the pressure cooker.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with ghee and kadhi
