WHAT YOU NEED
- Boiled peas 100gm
- Boiled potato 100 gms
- Boiled Cauliflower 100 gms
- Capisicum 150 gms
- Water 50 ml
- Butter 50 ml
HOW TO PREPARE
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add black bhaji masala and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add capsicum and cook until tender.
- Add all the boiled vegetables.
- Mix well and add 50 ml of water if needed. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Serve with pav.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, onion and lemon.
- Add salt and chilli powder to taste.
