WHAT YOU NEED
- Pasta 250 gms (Boil it)
- Milk 250 ml
- Cheese 3 slice or more as u like
- Vegetables of choice (carrot, capisum red, capisum yellow, black olive, broccoli)
HOW TO PREPARE
- Mix the premix with 50 ml of milk in a bowl.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add the premix and 200 ml of milk.
- Add vegetables and cheese. Once the sauce starts to thicken, add boiled pasta.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cheese and fresh basil.
- Serve with garlic bread.
- Add salt and chilli flakes to taste
