      WHAT YOU NEED

      • Buttermilk , 1 Cup Premix = 1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
      • Vegetables of your choice grated..

      HOW TO PREPARE

      1. FOR STOVETOP COOKING:
      2. FOR BAKING IN THE OVEN:
      3. Mix 1 cup of premix with 1 1/2 cup of buttermilk.
      4. Take a deep nonstick pan and add oil. Heat the oil until hot.
      5. Preheat the oven to 200?C (392?F).
      6. If the batter is too thick, add a little more buttermilk to achieve a thick, flowy consistency.
      7. Add small batches of handvo batter to the pan.
      8. Pour the ready batter into a baking tray.
      9. Let the batter rest for 6 to 7 hours for fermentation.
      10. Cook on low to medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes on one side.
      11. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out
      12. Add vegetables to the batter.
      13. Flip the handvo and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes on the other side until golden brown and cooked through.
      14. clean, indicating it’s cooked through.
      15. Just before cooking or baking, add 2 grams of baking soda to the batter and mix
