WHAT YOU NEED
- Blanch Palak and make Puree 200 ml
- Paneer 150 gms
- Water 80 ml
HOW TO PREPARE
- Mix the entire palak paneer mix with 50 ml of water.
- Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and add the palak paneer paste.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add palak puree, paneer and 30 ml of water.
- Cook until the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with fresh cream and serve with roti.
- Add salt to taste.
