WHAT YOU NEED
- Paneer 100 gm
- Boiled potato 100 gm
- Corn flour slurry
- Oil to fry
- Milk 100 ml
- Water 25 ml
- Fresh cream 25 ml
HOW TO PREPARE
- In bowl mix paneer potato
- Mix premix in 25 ml water.
- Add chat masala, salt, green chili, garam masala
- In a pan heat oil.
- Now mix well and make small balls
- Add premix and saute for 3 to 4 minutes
- Dip it in corn flour slurry
- Now add milk and fresh cream
- Deep fry till golden brown
- Cook till gravy is thick
- While serving add kofta to gravy.
- Cook for 5 to 6 minutes
- Serve with Roti
