      WHAT YOU NEED

      • 300 ml Buttermilk Or 1 Cup Premix = 1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
      • Oil 1 table spoon

      HOW TO PREPARE

      1. INSTANT PREPARATION
      2. In a bowl, take 300 ml of buttermilk and add dhokla mix with 1 tsp of oil.
      3. Take sour buttermilk and add dholak mix. Let it rest for 1 hour.
      4. Let the batter rest for 6 to 7 hours.
      5. After resting, add food salt to the batter.
      6. If batter is thick add water for a flowing consistency.
      7. Prepare a steamer.
      8. Add 2 grams of baking soda to the batter and mix well.
      9. Once the water in the steamer is hot, add the dhokla mix to the steaming tray.
      10. Prepare a steamer.
      11. Steam the dhoklas for 10 to 12 minutes or until they are cooked through.
      12. Once the water in the steamer is hot, add the dhokla mix into the tray.
      13. Serve hot dhoklas with ghee or coconut chutney.
      14. Steam the dhoklas for 10 to 12 minutes or until they are cooked throughly.
      15. Season with salt and green chili according to taste.
