WHAT YOU NEED
- Pasta 250 gms (Boil it)
- Water 150 ml
- Vegetables of choice (carrot, capisum red, capisum yellow,
- black olive, broccoli)
HOW TO PREPARE
- Mix the premix with 50 ml of water in a bowl..
- Heat butter in a pan. Add the premix and 100 ml of water.
- Add vegetables. Once the sauce starts to thicken,
- add boiled pasta.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cheese and fresh basil.
- Serve with bread.
- Add salt and chilli flakes to taste
