WHAT YOU NEED
- Water 400 ml
- Vegetables of your choice
HOW TO PREPARE
- In a bowl, take the premix and add 100 ml of water.
- Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.
- In a pan, add the remaining 300 ml of water and vegetables.
- Once the water is warm, add the premix mixture into the pan and stir continuously until the sambar boils.
- Boil for 10-12 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Serve hot with dosa, idli, or rice.
- Season with salt and sugar according to taste.
