WHAT YOU NEED
- 200 gms paneer
- 150 ml water, Oil 2 table spoon
- 50 gms curd
HOW TO PREPARE
- In a bowl, mix the premix with 50 ml of water.
- In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add the premix paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add paneer and the remaining 50 ml of water.
- Cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cream and kasturi methi.
- Serve with roti.
- Add salt and sugar to taste.
