WHAT YOU NEED
- Water 100-150 ml or 1 Cup Premix = 3/4 Cup Water
HOW TO PREPARE
- Take a bowl, add dosa mix and 100-150 ml water
- Make the batter of medium to slight running thick consistency
- Keep it, to rest for 10 to 15 minutes
- Heat the Dosa tava, and spread batter like dosa
- Cook both sides with oil or ghee
- Serve hot, with Coconut Chutney
