WHAT YOU NEED
- Matki sprout boiled 250 gms
- Moong sprout boiled 150 gms
- Water 500 to 600 ml, Oil 2 table spoon
HOW TO PREPARE
- Take a pot and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Let it heat up.
- When the oil is hot, add ready Curry Misal mix.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the oil separates.
- Add sprouts and water.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the oil separates again, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with farsan, pav.
- Add lemon if needed. Add salt and chilli to taste.
