WHAT YOU NEED
- Curd 150 ml
- Water 250 ml
HOW TO PREPARE
- Whisk curd in a pan.
- Add water and premix to the pan and whisk well to ensure there are no lumps.
- Place the pan on the gas stove and stir occasionally until the kadhi starts to boil.
- Boil for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves.
- Season with salt and sugar according to taste.
- Serve hot with pulav, khichdi, or steamed rice.
