WHAT YOU NEED
- Boiled Cauliflower 50 gms
- Capsicum 50 gms
- Water 150 ml, Oil 2 table spoon
- Peas 100 gms
- Paneer 50 gms
- Boiled Poatato 100 gms
- Chat Masala
HOW TO PREPARE
- Sprinkle chaat masala on all the boiled vegetables.
- Mix the ready curry vegetable mix with 50 ml of water.
- Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan.
- Add the vegetable mix paste and saut? for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 100 ml of water, boiled vegetables and paneer.
- Cook until the gravy thickens.
- Add salt and sugar to taste.
