WHAT YOU NEED
- Peas 250 gms Boiled
- Methi 150 gms
- Milk 100 ml
- Water 50 ml
- Oil 3 table spoon
HOW TO PREPARE
- In a bowl, mix the ready curry premix with 50 ml of water to make a paste.
- In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil. Heat it and saut? the fenugreek (methi) in it.
- Add the prepared paste and cook until the oil separates.
- Add peas, fenugreek (methi), and milk. Cook the gravy until it thickens.
- Garnish with fresh cream and serve with roti.
- Add salt and sugar to taste.
